PORTLAND, Ore. ? Portland State senior outfielder Jenna Wilson has been named the Pacific Coast Softball Conference Player of the Week, marking the third-straight week a PSU player has brought home the award.

Wilson helped Portland State to a 3-2 record at the UCF/Comfort Suites Invitational in Orlando, Florida this past weekend by hitting .538 (7-for-13).

Wilson led the Viks in batting and also had team-highs of five doubles, six RBI, and 12 total bases. Additionally, her .923 slugging percentage and .571 on-base percentage led PSU, and she reached base safely in all five games.

In the Viks 6-1 win over Oklahoma State on Feb. 20, Wilson had an RBI-double and also scored a run. She then went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI in the Vik's 6-3 win over Boston College the next day.

Wilson picked up her fourth two-bagger of the weekend against the University of Illinois-Chicago on Saturday when she doubled to left center to drive in a pair of runs. In PSU's final game of the weekend, a 3-2 eight-inning win over BC on Sunday, Wilson went 2-for-3 with a double.

A native of Tualatin, Ore., Wilson is hitting .265 on the season with a team-leading five doubles. This is her first career player of the week honor. She follows teammates Jana Rae Slayton (Feb. 10) and Jackie Heide (Feb. 17) as being named the PCSC Player of the Week.
