Former Portland State player Kristin Wilson moves over to the coaching staff this season as an undergraduate assistant.
Wilson is currently working on finishing up her degree in health sciences and will assist the Vikings during the 2010 season.
As a senior, Wilson earned first team all-conference honors after batting .267 with 22 RBI. She ranked fifth in the conference in doubles with 10, and batted .351 with 13 RBI in conference games.

Earned first team All-PCSC honors as a utility player after hitting .267 with 22 RBI ... Ranked fifth in the PCSC in doubles (10) ... Hit .351 with 13 RBI in conference games ... Played in 50 games, starting 46 ... Hit two home runs and one triple.
2008 (AS A JUNIOR)
Hit .156 with three doubles and 10 RBI after transferring from Walla Walla Community College ... Batted .175 with two doubles and eight RBI in PCSC games ... Played in 51 games, making 49 starts ... Started 39 games behind the dish, seven at third base, two in right field and one as the DP ... Started all 20 conference games and did not commit an error in 121 chances ... Totalled five sacrifice hits to rank fourth on the team ... Her .985 fielding percentage was the third-best mark on the squad ... Tied for fourth in the PCSC with five hit-by-pitches ... Ranked sixth in the conference in putouts with 233 ... Had a team-high 16 putouts at Santa Clara on May 3 ... Doubled against Cal State Bakersfield on Feb. 16 to pick up her first hit as a Viking ... Hit a two-run double vs. San Diego (4/6) ... Went 1-for-1 with two runs scored, three RBI, a triple and a walk at Santa Clara (5/3) ... Recorded a hit in five of the final six games of the season.
2006 & 2007 (AT WALLA WALLA C.C.) 2007 National Diamond Catcher of the Year as a sophomore at Walla Walla Community College ... 2007 All-America selection as a utility player ... Batted .474 with 15 home runs, 25 doubles and 71 RBI as a sophomore ... Two-time first team All-NWAACC first team selection at catcher.
